At Maral, we aim to provide high-quality kids clothing. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • In original packaging with tags attached

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or discounted items

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

• Items without original tags or packaging

3. Exchange Policy

• Size or design exchanges are subject to stock availability

• Customers may be required to pay return shipping charges

• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only in cases of:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Manufacturing defect

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

• Processing time may take 7–10 working days
